Ark Charter - Have you seen our new mural?

Completed by graffiti artist Inkie as part of the LOOK UP Portsmouth Street Art Festival, its definitely going to make passers-by 'look-up!' What a show-stopping piece of art it is, we are very very grateful to have been involved in such an important art movement across the city.
