On Tuesday 26th March 2024, Ark Charter opened it's doors to 200 audience members to welcome in the Spring holidays with our first ever Spring Spectacular in the Hornpipe Theatre!
Joined by Year 3s from Ark Ayrton, and Year 5s from Ark Dickens, the night was full of a wide variety of acts ranging from Trombone duets, drum solos, choir numbers to comedy sketches and street dance!
Ayrton and Dickens joined our Charter choir for a gospel song called I Sing Because I’m Happy, and Dickens joined our choir once more at the end of the second half with a modern version of Bridge Over Troubled Water which including raps from King and Davina.
As usual, a huge well done to all of the performers. With special mentions to Drama Club’s excellent Date Night sketch, Lily’s great rendition of Toxicity by System of a Down, and Senior Band’s performance of Champagne Supernova.
