Our year 10 students took part in a day of mock interviews where they were interviewed by a professional, including staff from EBP South, Thales UK, Rolls Royce, Boeing, Aecom, BAE Systems Maritime, Protean Elect and Bell Integration. Following mock interview prep and CV writing, our students were very well prepared and this hugely impressed our interviewers. The atmosphere was buzzing and so many students presented themselves brilliantly. It was a fantastic day and so valuable for our year 10s who will soon be doing their work Experience! Students were able to work on their use of communication and body language which they had learnt during their employability skills session the week previous, and I have to say, they were beyond brilliant and should be proud of themselves.
