This term Year 10 have been lucky enough to work with a chef to complete their Junior Chef Academy certificate. They have made food such as curried lentil and coconut soup, pizza, green mac’n’cheese, chicken burrito, broccoli caesar salad, maple and mustard glazed roast pork tenderloin with hassleback potatoes, chocolate brownies and chicken katsu. They have worked very hard learning a wide variety of high-level skills and achieved a high standard of food preparation and presentation. It has been a wonderful journey acquiring new practical skills and experiencing a wide variety of food developing their palette.
