Portsmouth University and a special guest from Portsmouth Football Club visited us for an inspiring talk about career paths in the football industry. It was an eye-opening session that showed just how many different roles exist behind the scenes proving that football is so much more than just a game.
Our star guest, Callum Lang, was absolutely brilliant. He answered every single question thrown at him and gave us real insight into his journey, especially how he stays motivated even on the tough days. His dedication and drive to push himself towards his goals, (no pun intended!), were truly inspiring.
A huge shoutout to Omar and Liam, who each won a signed football autographed by the entire Portsmouth FC squad after asking the best questions, as chosen by Miss Beck. And in a surprising twist not a single student asked how much Callum earns!
