Charter Silent Disco
On Friday 8th December, Ark Charter held 5 Silent Disco's, one for each year group, as a reward for good attendance.
Student's (and staff) loved the atmosphere and really got into the event, with conga lines, multiple macarena's and raving with glowsticks!!! There may have been the odd dance off too....
The Student Leadership Team worked at all the disco's, serving treats at the tuck shop, organising the headphones, cleaning and re-stocking between each disco and even DJing! They worked so hard all day and kept the event running smoothly.
Invited students were all given a £1 voucher to get some snacks and drinks from the tuck shop but could also purchase more if they wished. This went down VERY well with crisps, mini chocolate bars and fizzy flavoured-water offered up!
The event was a complete success and everyone had a fantastic time! Now.... what should we do for Spring Term?!
